Notification about leave to be sent to client | 1-2 days prior to leaving as far as possible. |
The client to be re-assigned to New Account Manager | 2 days before leaving. |
Notes and knowledge transfer regarding the campaigns and budget will be given to the new Account Manager | 1 day before leaving |
Client to be introduced to New AM. | 1 day before leaving |
Client to get in touch with new AM via Email/ Hangouts/ Whatsapp for Business for any discussions. |
