During Weekdays:-

  • For minor queries, you can drop us a message on WhatsApp at +91 88825 68993.  
  • If you want to schedule a meeting with your AM, feel free to do so using the meeting link in their e-mail signature.
  • If you are facing any technical issues with the platform, you can raise a ticket for the same using the “Report Bug” option on the bottom-left section of your AdYogi Platform screen and our tech team will get back to you on it.



  • You can also connect with us using the chat-pop-up option on the bottom-right section of your AdYogi Platform screen.


During Weekends:-

  • You can reach out to us via e-mail/text as mentioned above on weekends as well. Although, since we log off during weekends, your AM might be unavailable. However, be assured someone from the team get back to you. Additionally, your AM will connect with you on the following Monday, if required.


During Public Holidays:-

  • We would be out-of-office on all public holidays. However, in case you want to reach out to us, please feel free to drop us an email or message. We will get back to you on the subsequent working day.

AM on Leave:-

  • In case your Account Manager is on leave, someone from the team will be available to help you out with any queries. Additionally, once back in office, your account manager will also connect with you, if required.
