What is a Domain?


A Domain is the name of your website. It is your virtual address on the internet. Websites can be identified with IP addresses, but those aren’t convenient for humans to remember, so domains are used to make it easier to keep track of website names. Domains only consist of the website’s name and are included in the URLs.


Steps to Migrate a Domain


  1. Change the Domain from the backend.

  2. Change the Domain from catalog feed and Feed URL.

  3. Change the Ad account and catalog name.

  4. Verify the Domain.

  5. Link the New Domain to Pixel.

  6. Change the Domain in Google Analytics, Google Ad Words and Google Tag Manager.

  7. Change each and every Ad and Landing Page with New Domain (Both Facebook and Google).

  8. Conversions API should be enabled again. Link Domain with Pixel.
