If your business is eligible to apply for monthly invoicing, Facebook will inform you in your Business Manager. You can start applying on the “Home page” or in the "Payment methods" section of Business Manager. With monthly invoicing, you can:
Receive invoices for your ad accounts each month and have 30 days to pay the invoice from the day that it's issued.
Share access to monthly invoicing with partner businesses, such as the agency that manages your ads.
Set up auto-payment to pay your invoices with the linked bank account automatically.
Note: Monthly invoicing is only for customers with a Facebook account manager.
Before you begin
You have to be an admin or finance editor of a Business Manager.
You have to have spent a minimum of USD 10,000 per month for the last three months.
Apply for monthly invoicing on the Business Manager home page
Go to your Business Manager home page.
Find the You can now apply for the monthly invoicing section.
Click Get started.
Complete all required fields on the application.
Click Select File to submit a company registration or tax document. It may help speed up the review process.
Click Submit.
Apply for monthly invoicing in the "Payment methods" section
Go to the "Payment methods" section in your Business Manager.
Click Add.
Choose Add a new payment method.
On the Select a payment method page, select Request monthly invoicing.
Click Continue.
Complete all required fields on the application.
Click Select File to submit a company registration or tax document. It may help speed up the review process.
Click Submit.
If Facebook can verify your legal entity through your regional or national registry, your application may be approved instantly. If they can't verify your entity automatically, Facebook will contact you within two working days. Once your application has been approved, an approval email will be sent to you.
Once your application has been approved, you will find an option for monthly invoicing in the "Payments methods" section of your Business Settings. You can add monthly invoicing to your ad accounts and use it to pay for your ads.
Note: Currently, advertisers can't request a Facebook account manager. If it's determined that your account would benefit from more resources of account management, we'll contact you directly.
