Step 1: Login to advertising.amazon.in

Step 2: Click on the settings option on the left hand corner (Sponsored ads billing).



Step 3: On this page, you’ll be able to check the available amount in your amazon account.


Two types of accounts:


  1. Prepaid Account- Below-mentioned account is a prepaid account wherein the “Amount Available” is the wallet balance that a client needs to keep a check on.



  1. Postpaid Account- Below-mentioned account is a postpaid account wherein the “Balance amount against current RO” is the wallet balance that a client needs to keep a check on.




Even after following the above steps, the account can be disabled for any issue other than NIL wallet balance. Below-mentioned are a few cases:


Cases related to payment issues:


  1. Issue with the payment method: There could be a case where the campaigns stop delivering because of an issue with the payment method. In this case, the client needs to look for any payment related issue.

  2. TDS amount skipped: There could be a case where the client skips the TDS amount while making the payment because of which the payment gets declined. In this case, the client needs to look for any payment related issue.



Points to remember:


  1. Kindly make sure to check the amazon account balance on every Monday and Friday so that the balance doesn’t get exhausted during the weekend.

  2. The balance in the account should ideally be more than the spends of the last 7 days.
